
刘洋,汉族,1981年1月出生,博士研究生,讲师,湖北工程学院光电信息检测研究中心主任。2013年获得华中科技大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位,2019年获得华中科技大学光学专业博士学位。研究领域为纳米薄膜光电特性,主要研究方向为透明导电薄膜制备与性能研究、等离子体材料光学特性研究。目前主持2项厅级科研项目,以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Alloys and Compounds,Ceramics International 等重要国际物理与材料期刊上发表论文9篇。

1、Ga: ZnO透明导电薄膜及其复合结构的近红外等离子体特性研究,湖北省教育厅科研计划重点项目,在研;
2、透明导电薄膜及其复合结构的近红外等离子体性能研究,孝感市自然科学计划项目,已结题。
